Roasted Brussels and Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 small bag Brussels Sprouts, halved
- 2 cups mini potatoes, halved
- Olive oil spray
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
Directions
- Wash veggies and place them in a medium pot with water.
- Turn on high and bring to a boil; cook for 5 minutes.
- Drain veggies.
- Place in a medium bowl and season with garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika.
- Place in air fryer and cook at 400° F for 5 minutes, shaking the tray a couple times while cooking.
- Serve as a side or on a bed of lettuce.
