Chocolate Banana Bites
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup Graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil (split)
- 3 bananas, sliced
- 1/3 cup almond or nut butter
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
Directions:
- Line mini muffin pan with liners.
- Combine Graham cracker crumbs and 1 tbsp coconut oil. Spread into prepared mini muffin pan.
- Place a slice of banana on top.
- Top each banana slice with a 1/2 tsp nut butter.
- Place chocolate chips in medium bowl with 1 tbsp coconut oil. Microwave 30 seconds at a time until fully melted and smooth.
- Pour chocolate in each cup until banana and nut butter are covered.
- Freeze for at least one hour.
- Store in freezer in large zip-lock bag.
- Let banana bite thaw 2 minutes before eating.
