Breakfast Tortilla Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Shredded mozzarella
  • Baby spinach
  • Crumbled feta
  • 2 slices chopped cooked bacon
  • Olive oil for cooking

Directions:

  • Heat pan with EVOO.
