Ingredients

  • 1 small bag Brussels Sprouts, halved
  • 2 cups mini potatoes, halved
  • Olive oil spray
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Directions

  1. Wash veggies and place them in a medium pot with water.
  2. Turn on high and bring to a boil; cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain veggies.
  4. Place in a medium bowl and season with garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika.
  5. Place in air fryer and cook at 400° F for 5 minutes, shaking the tray a couple times while cooking.
  6. Serve as a side or on a bed of lettuce.
