Protein Cake Pops
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond butter/nut butter
- 1/3 cup vegan vanilla protein
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut milk
- Sprinkles (optional)
Directions:
- Combine almond butter, protein powder, oats, and honey until it forms a dough. Roll into balls.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in microwave in 30-second increments until fully melted and smooth.
- Dip balls into chocolate to coat.
- Top with sprinkles.
- Freeze for 30 minutes.
