Roasted Brussels and Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 1 small bag Brussels Sprouts, halved
- 2 cups mini potatoes, halved
- Olive oil spray
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
Directions:
- Wash veggies and place them in a medium pot with water.
- Turn on high and bring to a boil; cook for 5 minutes.
- Drain veggies.
