Ingredients:
- 6 oz salmon filet
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Zest of ½ lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup asparagus spears
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon filet on the baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tsp olive oil, then top with minced garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- While the salmon bakes, steam the broccoli in a pot with a small amount of water for about 5 minutes until tender but crisp.
