Ingredients:

  • 6 oz salmon filet
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Zest of ½ lemon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup asparagus spears

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon filet on the baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tsp olive oil, then top with minced garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
