High Protein Apple Cranberry Slow Cooker Oats
Ingredients:
- 2 cups steel cut oats
- 2 scoops vegan vanilla protein powder
- 2 apples, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp Apple Pie spice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 3/4 cups water
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
- Lightly coat inside of slow cooker with spray oil.
- Add to slow cooker oats, apple, cranberries, apple pie spice, and salt. Mix together.
- Add water, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir.
- Cook on low 5-6 hours.
