High Protein Apple Cranberry Slow Cooker Oats

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups steel cut oats
  • 2 scoops vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 2 apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp Apple Pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 3/4 cups water
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  • Lightly coat inside of slow cooker with spray oil.
  • Add to slow cooker oats, apple, cranberries, apple pie spice, and salt. Mix together.
  • Add water, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir.
  • Cook on low 5-6 hours.
