Ground Turkey Taco Salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
  • 2 cups coleslow mix
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 bell peppers, diced
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp ranch dressing

Directions:

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium-high heat.
  • Add ground turkey until browned; drain excess fat.
  • Add ground turkey back into skillet and add peppers and onion. Add spices.
  • Cook until veggies are cooked down and tender, about 10 minutes.
  • Serve on a bed of lettuce and coleslaw.
  • Drizzle with ranch dressing.
