Ground Turkey Taco Salad
Ingredients:
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
- 2 cups coleslow mix
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp ranch dressing
Directions:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add ground turkey until browned; drain excess fat.
- Add ground turkey back into skillet and add peppers and onion. Add spices.
- Cook until veggies are cooked down and tender, about 10 minutes.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce and coleslaw.
