Creamy Caramel Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 heaping cup of pitted dates
Directions:
- Soak pitted dates in warm water for 10 minutes.
- Drain, saving the date water.
- Blitz the dates in a food processor, scraping down the sides, until creamy and smooth.
- Use some of the reserved date water to add the creamy texture. Add 2 tbsp at a time and blend until creamy and smooth.
