3️⃣ Go at your own pace OR go all in – You can move through the tools and resources at your own speed while having chat support with me anytime you need it. Or, if you’re ready to go all in, I’ll create a customized plan tailored to your goals—all included in your monthly membership.
4️⃣ Ongoing coaching & adjustments – As you go through the month, I’ll guide you, answer questions, and help you stay on track with easy, sustainable changes.
