Chocolate Banana Bark
Ingredients:
- 3 medium ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Directions:
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in small bowl.
- Peel and slice bananas and lay them out in a single layer in the shape of a rectangle on a piece of parchment paper.
- Lay another piece of parchment on top of the bananas and smush lightly to flatten out.
- Remove top layer of parchment and spread almond butter over bananas.
