Ham & Egg Breakfast Cups
Ingredients:
- 12 slices honey ham
- 12 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
- Prepare muffin pan with spray oil and preheat oven to 400 F.
- Line each muffin cup with slice of ham.
- Pour beaten eggs into each cup on top of the ham.
- Add peppers, spinach, and feta to each cup.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
