High Protein Peppermint Fudge
Ingredients:
- 9 oz dark or semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup plant based chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
Directions:
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil.
- Add protein powder and stir to combine. Mix until smooth.
- Mix in peppermint extract.
