Creamy Caramel Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 heaping cup of pitted dates

Directions:

  • Soak pitted dates in warm water for 10 minutes.
  • Drain, saving the date water.
  • Blitz the dates in a food processor, scraping down the sides, until creamy and smooth.
  • Use some of the reserved date water to add the creamy texture. Add 2 tbsp at a time and blend until creamy and smooth.
